Anchor and Ash Cigar Co. return/exchange policy
At Anchor and Ash Cigar Co. we hold the highest standards in how our cigars are stored and delivered to you. With that said, we also understand at times products may not meet the expectation or may become damaged during delivery. Because of this, if a product is delivered defective or damaged, a full purchase refund to the account or card used to purchase or product replacement will be arranged provided the matter is reported within 30 days of receipt, with proper proof of purchase. Any questions or concerns with products received can be forwarded to info@anchorashcigars.com and will be addressed within 2-5 business days. We will also use the information collected at the time of purchase to ensure effective, protected and timely returns/exchanges are made.
